The Philadelphia Initiative is an organization built to assist those in need of daily food and shelter. The book is a detailed process of how these issues were selected and addressed. The end result was a solar powered, heated bus shelter, a donation station made out of old unused pay phone booths, and a map to safe and reliable food shares and shelters.
